• Drive directly to the Merillat Lodge to check in your group.
  • Only 1 or 2 adults come inside to pick up your name tags, shirts, housing, and track assignments.
  • We will help you find your dorms, where you will unload.
  • Parking is in the main area outside of the Merillat Lodge and also at the Pine Ridge dorms.
  • Session doors open for the 1st Session at 8:10 p.m. in the Gym/Rec Center & the Session begins at 8:30 p.m. 
  • Don't be late!

Important to remember ...

  • You may NOT bring additional students or adults with you! Substitutions may be made as long as its a girl for girl and boy for boy. HOUSING HAS BEEN SET AND MOST HAVE NO EXTRA BEDS.
  • Adult Leader Meeting: Sunday 8:15 - 8:30a, coffee only (only 1-2 need to attend from each church)
  • Brunch on Sunday at 10:30a will be the only meal provided that day. You may want to bring granola bars, etc. for those who wake up hungry.
  • We encourage groups to bring water/snacks for their group. While there is a small gift shop, there will not be an abundance of snacks and water/drinks available to purchase.
  • Remember to check the What to Bring list.
