• Drive directly to the Merillat Lodge to check in your group.
• Only 1 or 2 adults come inside to pick up your name tags, shirts, housing, and track assignments.
  
• We will help you find your dorms, where you will unload.
  
• Parking is in the main area outside of the Merillat Lodge and also at the Pine Ridge dorms.
  
• Registration is from 6:30-8:00pm! 
• NEW THIS YEAR: Session Doors open at 8:00pm - We will begin the session promptly at 8:15pm! We heard you! We know you're tired from traveling, so we're going to have a shorter first session and get you back to your cabins/dorms for pizza and time with your youth group by 9:30.
• If you are late and arriving after 8pm, please go directly to the Main Gym. You can check in at the Merillat Lodge after the session.
  

Important to remember ...

• You may NOT bring additional students or adults with you! Substitutions may be made as long as it is a girl for girl and boy for boy. HOUSING HAS BEEN SET AND MOST HAVE NO EXTRA BEDS. Leaders: This also includes your own children! No babies or small children allowed at Discover! We love them, but we need you to be able to focus on your students for the weekend.
• Adult Leader Meeting: Saturday at 8:30am (grab your breakfast, get your students settled, and send 1-2 adults to the atrium to enjoy your breakfast and a quick meeting) and Sunday 8:15-8:30am coffee only (only 1-2 need to attend from each church)
• Brunch on Sunday at 10:15a will be the only meal provided that day. You may want to bring granola bars, etc. for those who wake up hungry.
  
• We encourage groups to bring water/snacks for their group. While there is a small gift shop, there will not be an abundance of snacks and water/drinks available to purchase.
